Terms and Conditions for Personalized Portraits

  1. Order Acceptance:

    • All orders for personalized portraits are subject to acceptance by our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

  2. Customization Details:

    • Customers must provide photo(s) for customisation. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the final product due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  3. Payment:

    • Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during checkout.

  4. Production Time:

    • Estimated production times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

  5. Shipping and Delivery:

    • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  6. Returns and Refunds:

    • Due to the personalized nature of our portraits, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item for any issues.

  7. Copyright and Usage:

    • All artwork created remains the property of Soulful Sketch Studio. We reserve the right to use images of the completed portraits for marketing purposes.

  8. Customer Satisfaction:

    • We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can address your concerns.

  9. Changes to Orders:

    • Any requests for changes to the order must be made before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be accommodated.

  10. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

  11. Modifications:

    • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
